About KDC
Maybe you will ask why recently I have blog nothing??? Because I have to interview! What to interview? To interview for KDC(In Malay, Kursus Dalam Cuti). After taking this course, I am a teacher! A trained teacher!
KDC Interview Question
Actually, today I want to blog about what they ask and what the questions that will be ask. But, but , but…… They just ‘talking’ with me!
They ask, why you choose teacher as your job. If salary not enough, what will you do? And what will you do when you meet up teaching problem?
Thank god, I speak to them with my heart, hahahaahah……….
But,before this , I bookmarked some questions that will be ask in KDC or KPLI. Share with you all. If you want to become a teacher when future, you can refer this questions.
在我未面试时，其他有经验的老师们都提供了一些“有可能问的问题”给我：-
1. 各个部长的名字（卫生部、教育部、高等教育、…etc)（要背全名）
2. 元首的名字、州务大臣的名字及州属（要背全名）
3. SPP的Ketua。
4. 当地教育局的ketua （JPN或PPD）
5. Pelan Induk （须背熟-且有可能需要加以解释）
6. Falsafah Pendidikan ( 须背熟 - 曾有老师被要求解释Jasmani, Emosi, Rohani, Intelek)
7. Wawasan 2020 ( 9 个cabaran）- 请参考KISSM的notes
8. 霹雳州的可能会被要求唱Komuniti Berilmu, ( 最好也把国歌练一练，我也练了一首lagu patrotik - Jalur Gemilang - 我的网页有这三首的MP3 ：http://sctang81.blogspot.com/2008/06/preparing-reluctantly.html
9. 可能会问什么是RMT, KWAMP, SBT，KIA2M，PROTIM，MSSM 等之类的校内进行着的活动！
10. RUKUN NEGARA其他须注意的：
1. isu semasa （包括国内与国外）曾经被问过的问题如下
1. 宇宙里的七大行星（国文）
2. 五个外国国家的钱币（Asia or Europe)
3. 其他国家首相/领袖的名字
4. Pemimpin wanita yang terkenal di dunia
5. Apakah fungsi dewan rakyat dan dewan negara? Apakah perbezaan antara DR dan DN?
6. 彩虹是怎样形成的？（可能只问教科学的老师吧？）
7. Africa 有多少个国家？
8.列出不安宁的国家，为什么不安宁？
9. yang berusaha 及yang berhormat之分！
10. BPR 是什么？
…………其中最重要的是态度。
1.若不会，就道歉！
2. 用国语回答（除非官员叫你用英语）。最好不要国英语参半地回答（有位老师因为国英语参半而fail)。
3. 面试时，会被要求在一张名单签名。名单上有面试官员的名称及名字。记得看哦！（我忘了看，后来我在面试前问fasilitator怎样称呼官员。大多数都是dato)。服装：
1. 男生除了打领带，也要穿大衣kot。（但我面试时不须要。）
2. 女生记得要穿袜子（我不是女生，不大清楚！不过最好穿吧=））

I want to thank my headmaster, although she is not around. But she still care about my KDC. All that ‘tips’ is she provided. HM, thank you very much!

Hi, Joshua . Congratulate for the success. I think by now you gained a lot of experience regarding interview. It is still long way to go, those questions that the officer asked were to test your sincerity to involve in teaching life. I do hope that you will become a training teacher and share with us later your training session.
