Everybody will make mistakes.Yes, because nobody is perfect. But, what will happend if you make mistake in your blog? Well, today I’m not suppose to discuss what’s the effect , but I am telling you what’s the mistake is always we’ll notice.

30 blogger mistakes

ya, is 30 mistakes not 3 mistakes . But I’ll devide to 3 parts.(because write a post that very long is casting a burden to me…coz i’m chinese educated, english is weak)

1.Not Concentrate
Many bloggers not so concentrate to their topic. If your blog is suppose to write about Technology or make money( or moooney) online, but today write about entertainment, tomorrow write about art , then travel , history , soprts….Then your RSS must be not very much. In Malaysia, we rather call it “Rojak“.(it means mixing )

2.Use a massive background
If you notice, the problogger like JohnChow or problogger their WordPress theme is simple and suitable. Massive background will let your readers very hard to read your passage. Then your readers must be reduce!

3. No domain name.
Have your own domain name will make you more proffesional.Your readers will more confident with you .Besides, readers will more easier to know you.

4. Posting not frequent
If you post at not frequent then your readers will not visit again. If you post daily but stop posting for a week, then re-post again, I believe that your readers also won’t visit your site again.

5.Unstable page strength
You have to maintain your content strength. For example, JohnChow’s blog will write a post in quite long passage.If someday he write a post just in 1 paragraph, what’s your opinion? Sure feel not suitable, right?

6. Low RSS but still place your FeedCount.
People are like to gather at all. Just like JohnChow, I believe many readers will subscribe him, because his RSS is high. So, people will think that maybe his passage will benefit me. If you low in RSS but still place your count, so, first impression for new readers will think that maybe your blog is not so valuale.

7.Not clear about Copyright and privacy problem
Must not be a copycat to copy others. But, sometimes, if you use others photo in flickr, it is considerto be a Copyright problem.

8.No checking
This is the fault before I always did it. After I checking my spelling error, it is very terrify to describe my mistakes numbers…hahaha

9.Write too much post at the same time
It is no wrong you can write many post at the same time, but it will cause you have no more time to check what you write and how is the respond of your readers, is it?

10.Lauch a contest without preparation
It is a good way to increase blog traffic by lauching contest, but , if you do not make a preparation and not sure what you want, you are wasting your precious time.Maybe your traffic not increase too in result. Les Miserable!

OK, it is enough for today….. I sweat already…. Tomorrow will write another 10 more common blogger mistakes .

My two cents:

Luckily, this 10 mistake i just did 1 of it, that is “no checking” , so in my previous post, you can find it many mistakes, especially spelling mistake. So, now I’m always checking. Hopefully tomorrow 10 mistakes is not include me…
